F-Register Maintenance

Maintenance planning for installers

Maintenance planning for installation companies: plan maintenance rounds by postcode area, invite customers and move appointments into the queue.

Maintenance

Schedule maintenance without endless calls.

Maintenance starts in the queue. Planning selects a postcode area and date range, customers with a maintenance contract receive an invitation, and the customer reserves an available time slot.

1

Select area

Planning chooses postcode area, date range and available technicians.

2

Invite customers

Customers with a maintenance contract receive an email with a link to available time slots.

3

Customer books

The customer selects a time slot. Changes afterwards go through planning.

4

Into the queue

Reserved maintenance appointments become work orders in the queue.

5

Plan and complete

Planning assigns the work order; the technician completes maintenance and gets a signature.

F-Register maintenance planning keeps recurring maintenance away from the noise of faults and installations. Planning creates maintenance rounds by postcode area and period, customers reserve a slot, and planning assigns the work order to a technician.

Duration calculation

The duration can be built from outdoor unit time, indoor unit time, additional service time and extra time per installation. This creates a more realistic maintenance block than one fixed default duration.

Inviting customers for maintenance

Only customers with a maintenance contract inside the selected postcode area receive an invitation. After reservation, the maintenance appointment appears as a work order in the queue, ready for the planner to assign it to a technician.
